Ard Schoep
Ard Schoep is also a substitute judge at the District Court of Haarlem. One of his fields of interest is the law of sentencing. He wrote his PhD on sentencing law and sentencing decision-making and publishes on various aspects of sentencing, sentencing decision-making and judicial reasoning.
Ard Schoep is a member of the Institute for Criminal law and Criminology of the Leiden Law School.
