Bart Schermer
Bart Schermer (1978) studied Law and Information Technology and Criminal Law in Leiden. At the department eLaw@Leiden, Bart is working on the subjects privacy, copyright and cybercrime. He is affiliated as a Fellow to the E.M. Meijers Institute for Law Research.
Besides his work in Leiden, Schermer works as a partner at Considerati, a research and consultancy company that is involved in internet regulation issues. He is also an editor on the Tijdschrift voor Internetrecht and a member of the Cybercrime Expertgroep at the Court in The Hague.
