Wanlu “Laura” ZHANG is a PhD candidate at the Institute of Air and Space Law, Leiden University. She is also Attorney-at-Law at the Chinese Bar, a member of Germany Aviation Society and Netherlands Space Society, and was a legal assistant at the International Civil Aviation Organisation (ICAO).
Ms. ZHANG holds a LLB (cum laude) and Master (with distinction) from China University of Political Science and Law, a Diploma of Common Law from Oxford University, and a certificate on Space Law and Policy from European Centre for Space Law.
Before joining Leiden University, she worked at Clifford Chance. With ICAO, she acted as a legal secretary for diplomatic conferences; and a secretary for the 36th Legal Committee Conference in Montréal.
