Merve Kaya

Merve Kaya studied Law (BA) at Leiden University and is currently  doing a master’s degree in European Law (thesis topic: enforcement of the right to data portability through competition law). At the same time she is working as an assistant at the Netherlands Authority for Consumers and Markets (ACM). She also interned at the EU law department of law firm Van Doorne and was the project assistant at the Public Interest Litigation Project (PILP) for the Dutch Section of the International Commission of Jurists (NJCM).
