Neta Palkovitz obtained her LL.B. in Israel. She is a practicing advocate since 2009, specializing in corporate, contract and international law. After an internship with a leading law firm in the high-tech department, and working with various startup companies in Israel, she attended Leiden University and obtained her LL.M. in International Air and Space Law (with distinction) in 2012. Since 2011 she is the legal adviser of a private space company in the Netherlands.
Neta’s legal work and academic research focus on the connection between innovation and law, and specifically, inter alia, between developments in the private space industry, space laws and commercial law.
