Sander Van Loock is a PhD Fellow of the Flemish Agency for Innovation by Science and Technology at the Institute for the Law of Obligations at the KU Leuven (Belgium). His PhD research deals with the role of the security agent/trustee in syndicated lending. Sander’s research interests include contract and property law and European private law.
