Barbora Budinská

Barbora works as a research and teaching assistant at the Leiden Law School’s Europa Institute. She studied law at the Humboldt University in Berlin (Germany) with the specialisation in International and European private and commercial law.

Barbora worked as a research assistant for the German Conciliation Body for Public Transport in Berlin where she researched in the field of national, European and international aviation law and air passenger rights.

In August 2017, Barbora completed the LLM in European Law at Leiden Law School, graduating cum laude. During her studies, she participated in the Talent Programme of the Graduate School of Legal Studies of Leiden University and in the European Law Moot Court competition. Barbora’s research focuses on the topic of the European Banking Union.
