Chalermwut Sriporm

Chalermwut Sriporm (1986) studied law in Thailand at Thammasat University. He obtained Bachelor degree of Laws and Master degree of Laws (Private law) in 2009 and 2013 respectively. In addition, he completed the LLM programme in International Civil and Commercial Law (Advanced Studies) at Leiden Law School in 2016. He has been a lecturer at the Civil Law Department of the Faculty of Law, Thammasat University (Lampang Centre), Thailand, since 2013.

Currently, Chalermwut is a contract-PhD candidate at the Civil Law Department, Leiden Law School. He is writing a PhD thesis on the topic of ‘Franchising legal frameworks: A comparative study of the DCFR, USA, and Australia on franchise contracts.
