Hélène Guiziou is a PhD student and a teaching and research assistant at Université Panthéon-Assas in Paris, France.
Her PhD deals with the question of the existence of a hierarchy of interests in French civil liability and the definition of the notion of damage. She has been teaching obligations, family law and commercial law. As a member of the Institute for Comparative Law, she takes part in research projects in Competition Law.
