Michal Diamant

Michal Diamant graduated from Leiden University in the field of Constitutional and Administrative Law in 2009. After her graduation she left for Hartford, USA where she studied at the University of Connecticut School of Law. As of March 2011 Michal works at the department of Constitutional and Administrative Law. Initially as a junior lecturer and researcher, during which she also took part in the Talent Program. Since September 2012 she is working on her dissertation which focuses on the budgetary right of Parliament, mainly dealing with the question of the functions of budgetary control and oversight within an increasingly complex and Europeanized context.
