Since August 2017, Roxane de Massol works as a teaching assistant for the courses Risk, Security and the Rule of Law and Criminal Justice Actors in Comparative Perspective as a part of the Master “Criminology and Criminal Justice” (Leiden Law School). Since December 2017, Roxane is working as a junior researcher on the project “Combating Human Trafficking in inter Schengen border areas” directed by Prof. Dr. Maartje van der Woude. The project is partially funded by the National Dutch Police.

Roxane holds a master in Public Law (magna cum laude) from the Université libre de Bruxelles and an MSc in Crime and Criminal Justice (cum laude) from Leiden University. For her second master thesis, Roxane did a critical analysis of the recent French counterterrorist reform through the lens of exceptionalism.
