Jeroen van der Weide's main interest and focus of research relate to private (international) law aspects of complex cross-border transactions and insolvency proceedings, International Property Law, and private (international) law aspects of Corporate Social Responsibility.
He is editor in chief of the Dutch law journal Maandblad voor Vermogensrecht.
