Shuai Guo joined the Institute for Private Law as a contract PhD candidate in October 2016. He studied law at China University of Political Science and Law in Beijing and obtained his bachelor’s degree in law in 2013 and master’s degree in international law in 2016. His current research interest focuses on bank insolvency law, and his PhD topic is about cross-border bank recovery and resolution with a comparative analysis of the legal system in the EU, US and China.
