Ladislav Kováč is currently working at the Supreme Court of the Czech Republic as the Advisor for European Law. Previously, he was a Schuman Trainee at the Department General for Presidency of the European Parliament. During his traineeship, he was directly involved in legal-linguistic preparation of legislative acts. During the LL.M. in European Law at Leiden University, Ladislav participated in the Leiden Advocacy Project on Plastic. He wrote his Master thesis on the topic of Responsibility under the Paris Agreement from EU Law perspective. He focuses primarily on the questions of EU Constitutional and Environmental Law.
