Paul Jager

Paul Jager (1982) graduated from Groningen University with a major in Business Law (2009). In August 2011, he started as a PhD Fellow at Leiden University, where he is working on his dissertation on the Dutch right of inquiry in international group relations.

Besides research, Paul teaches the undergraduate course Company Law. Furthermore, he is a columnist for the bimonthly journal European Company Law (ECL) and an annotator for the journal Jurisprudentie Onderneming en Recht (JOR).
