Sabine Katharina Witting

Sabine Witting is connected to the Centre for Law and Digital Technologies (eLaw) and the Centre for Child Law as a researcher and PhD candidate since September 2017. Sabine studied Law at Goethe University Frankfurt am Main, Germany, specialising in the internationalisation and Europeanisation of law. Since 2015, Sabine has been working for UNICEF Namibia, providing technical assistance in the field of international law, legal drafting, and access to justice. Her areas of expertise include online child sexual abuse, transnational (cyber)crime and integration of international legal standards into national legislation. The title of her PhD research is: 'Child sexual abuse in the digital era - Rethinking legal frameworks and transnational law enforcement collaboration'.
