Sjoerd Yntema graduated from Leiden Law School in 2018. He holds a master degree (LLM) in both civil law and company law. During his masters he has studied French law for one semester at the Université de Poitiers in France. During his studies, he has followed several internships at law firms at the corporate law practice and worked as a paralegal at WLP-Law in Amsterdam.
Since July 2018 he works as a lecturer and researcher at Leiden Law School’s company law department where he teaches company law. His current research interests are technology and company law and directors’ liability.
