Tomi Tuominen, LL.M. and LL.D., is a University Lecturer in Law at the University of Lapland (Finland). This spring (2019) he is a visiting researcher at Leiden Law School’s Europa Institute. Tomi’s research interests span from Economic and Monetary Union law to comparative constitutional law. In his recent work, Tomi has tried to approach both fields from a legal and social theoretical perspective.
